RFU Strategic Plan 2008/09 - 2015/16
The RFU is the national governing body for rugby union in England covering all its forms and variants.
As such it is responsible for setting out the strategic objectives and policies for the administration and development of the game at all levels in England. These objectives and policies are set out in this third RFU Strategic Plan covering the period 2008/09 to 2015/16.
