Aged under 24? If so this is the place for you whether you’re a complete beginner and have no knowledge of rugby union or have been involved since you can remember, there is something for you. Whether that is to finding out more about rugby union, getting involved or just following the England team.

Be part of the game

Clubs are always looking for new people to get involved so visit the club finder to find one near you. Clubs have playing opportunities and volunteer’s roles.

Volunteer

• The Rugby Leaders Foundation is the ideal starting point and will give you all the skills you need to manage a project, promote the core values of rugby union and deliver Tag Rugby
• VRugby programme with bite size projects in four areas there is plenty of opportunity to get involved
  

Coach

• Rugby Ready is the iRB course that will give a greater understanding of Rugby Union and practical skills for delivering rugby
• Coaching rugby union is a rewarding and challenging way to spend your time. If you have already completed the Rugby Ready Course then why not try a coaching foundation course or take your level one coaching qualification

Referee

• The entry level referee award (ELRA) is the starting point to becoming a competent referee and is made up of three stages of both practical and observation work

Play

• Find a club near you
• There are many different ways to play the game, from non-contact and sevens to the full 15-a-side version
• Find out how to be in the mix to play for England.
  

Get your Voice Heard

• The National Youth Council is made up of 10 people aged between 16-25 who are helping shape the future of the game.

Our Safeguarding team are on hand to confidentially advise what you could do to try and resolve any issues. They also offer training and CRB checks to help keep more people safe in the sport.
